I am so happy to announce that I was nominated for a Liebster Award! As you probably know, the Liebster Award is an award that a newbie blogger passes to 11 other newbie bloggers, who have to answer 11 questions, asked by the person, who nominated them.

What are the 3 countries you love best so far and why?
The three countries that so far I can say they love are France, Greece and of course Italy. France for Paris and croissants too, Greece for his history and for the islands end Italy because it is full of beautiful places not too far away to be discovered.
What destination are you considering for your next trip and why?
I’m thinking about Sicily, consider it as a next trip for the sea, the beautiful cities and the food.
When travelling, do you usually rely on local friends or would like to have?
When it is possible, but it happens a few times.
Do you know South Tyrol and would you consider as next trip destination?
No, I do not know South Tyrol, but it could be one of the next destinations.
What would be your last supper menu and why?
The menu of my last meal would be full of the things I like best: so much pasta and many chocolate cakes.
What are your 3 favourite drinks and why?
I don’t drink so much except for coffee.
Do you prefer salty or sweet foods?
Salty undoubtedly!
What are the 3 restaurants/taverns you loved best so far and why?
My favorite restaurants/taverns are up to now: Vecchia Roma, Felice, Primo. All located in Rome.
Do you prefer having meals with your family, your partner or your friends?
I do not prefer one thing over another, eating together is always nice.
If invited at my place for dinner, what dishes would you like me to prepare for you? (I am a great Italian and South Tyrolean cooker)
I do not know much of the typical South Tyrolean dishes, but surely I’d love to taste the original strudel.
What’s your favourite post in my blog so far and why?
I really like the logo chosen for the blog.

Sono così felice di annunciare che sono stata nominata per il premio Liebster! Come probabilmente saprete, il Premio Liebster è un premio che un blogger neofita passa a 11 altri blogger neofiti, che devono rispondere a 11 domande, poste dalla persona che li ha nominati.
A questo punto, vorrei ringraziare Valentina di Miss Taste and Wine per la nomination e per aver scoperto “SIM on a HOME” !!!

Quali sono i 3 paesi che ami di più finora e perché?
I tre paesi che finora posso dire di amare di più sono la Francia, la Grecia e, naturalmente, l’Italia. La Francia per Parigi e per i croissants, la Grecia per la sua storia e per le isole, infine l’Italia, perché è piena di bei posti, non troppo lontani, da scoprire.
Quale destinazione stai prendendo in considerazione per il tuo prossimo viaggio e perché?
Sto pensando alla Sicilia, la considero come prossimo viaggio per il mare, le belle città e il cibo.
Quando viaggi, fai di solito affidamento su amici del posto o vorresti averli?
Quando è possibile, ma accade poche volte.
Conosci il South Tyrol e vorresti considerarlo come prossima destinazione di viaggio?
No, non conosco il South Tyrol, ma potrebbe essere una delle prossime destinazioni.
Quale sarebbe il menu della tua ultima cena e perché?
Il menu della mia ultima cena sarebbe pieno delle cose che mi piacciono di più: tanta pasta e tanti dolci al cioccolato.

Non bevo tanto, tranne il caffè.

Salati, senza dubbio!

I miei ristoranti / trattorie preferiti sono fino ad ora: Vecchia Roma, Felice, Primo. Tutti situati a Roma.
Preferisci fare pranzi con la famiglia, il partner o gli amici?
Non preferisco una cosa piuttosto che un’altra, mangiare insieme è sempre bello.
Se ti invitassi a casa mia per cena, quali piatti vorresti che io ti preparassi? (Sono una grande cuoca italiana e sudtirolese)
Non so molto dei piatti tipici altoatesini, ma sicuramente mi piacerebbe assaggiare lo strudel originale.
